Neil Flett
Neil Flett is an author, communications mentor and director.
He was founder of rogenSi, the multi-national leadership and sales management consultancy which he started with New York communications trainer Peter Rogen in 1993. Over the following 25 years he grew the company internationally and turned it into a partnership turning over more than $35m globally. rogenSi gave the world’s top companies the knowledge, skills, processes and mindset they needed to win.
It had offices in The UK, Dubai, New York, Toronto, San Fransisco, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai and Singapore.
In 2013 Neil retired as a consultant and director of rogenSi, which was sold to the US Teletech Group in 2014.
He served as a director of The Starlight Children’s Foundation, Soldier On and a Councillor on The Australia Day Council of New South Wales.
He is author of several books on communication and presenting, including:
- Pitch Doctor, The Pitch Doctor’s TOP 100 business presentation tips, Effective Presentation Skills, Beyond The Pitch, That's My Kid Up There and Chiefs.
- He has written two shorts novels, The $600m Latte and Lialia.
